Raw Radiance is not a licensed medical practice.  The content provided is for educational purposes only and is not medical information nor a personalized prescription.  As a health coach we are not providing healthcare, medical, or therapy services; nor attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issue.  Your health is in your hands; we trust that you manage symptoms, medications, and diagnose disease states with your licensed health care team.

Privacy Policy

Personal information includes name, phone number, email address, medical records, and any shared life details.  This information is collected in order to operate in a health coaching relationship with the client via digital communication and their shared health history.  These documents and client messages are stored on locked devices and transferred through encrypted communication.  Please note that we retain your personal information unless and until you ask that we delete it.

Transaction information including a credit card number and home address are collected for the purpose of processing payment of both products and services.  This information is shared with Stripe, a third party payment service https://stripe.com/privacy.

Device information including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.  Cookies and browser information are automatically collected and sometimes used for personal marketing analytics.  Overall minimal data is collected for the purpose of an efficient website and service experience.

If Raw Radiance is involved in any business relationship that includes commission or products and services promotion there will be full transparency about the partnership through a disclaimer, or implied by an offered discount code or amazon storefront.

If at any time, you wish to review or revoke the personal information we have on file for you, please send us a message at caroline@rawradiance.health, and we will revise or delete your data as requested.

Refunds

There are no refunds on services or digital products.  In a health coaching relationship, the coach is committed to show up for the client on time with clear communication, expertise, and attentiveness.  The client will be prepared and supported by the coach in order to attain desired outcomes, but ultimately it is up to their level of commitment and effort to see change.  If the client must pause the program due to unforeseen circumstances or life events, the client can pause the coaching relationship for up to 8 months, until it begins again from where we left off.  If coach must cancel the program due to unforeseen events, the entire cost will be refunded.  All digital products are priced under $100 and are full of valuable information and resources.  For this reason there are no refunds for a purchased digital product.
